Enter the large open living/dining kitchen and fall instantly in love with this gorgeous home. The kitchen is brand new with a 90cm oven and absolutely everything required to cook up a storm for your family. The dining has a gorgeous antique dining table and a stunning gas fireplace to keep you toasty on those cold winter evenings. There are 2 large decks to enjoy the garden (feel free to enjoy the produce growing), and the sea breeze, with filtered ocean views from the front deck.

This property has four bedrooms, master suite with a queen sized bed, private bathroom and walk in robe.

Bedroom 4 has a single bed which can become a double if required.

Summary: Greeted by a light and bright interior, I think the word that best sums up our stay in this property is 'relaxing'. With a large open plan living space inside, it is complimented by the semi-covered outdoor living space at the back, allowing space if one needs to retreat with a book; or room for the whole family indoors to enjoy the holiday with a board game around the dining room table. The gentle hum of the ceiling fans helps complete this holiday picture, as we shook off a big 2021. It's just a short walk to the Tomakin Beach or a short drive to surrounding beaches, making the location very central. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Our only regret is we forgot to indulge in the produce garden! Something for next time.

Summary: What a beautiful property! It is the perfect blend of contemporary with gorgeous antique furniture throughout the home. The house is fully equipped with everything you need..even a veggie garden in the back. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Had a superb stay. House was impeccable and as per the listing. Full stock and everything little things that one can think of is there. As two families with infant and toddler it has got everything that is needed. Would surely come back again.

Summary: Trish was a great host making sure that we had everything we needed. As two families with a toddler and a baby there was plenty of space - four bedrooms, two bathrooms, front and back deck, large living area and adjoining kitchen and the house was well stocked - full pantry, books, games, toys. We spent most of our days at the lovely beach, however, with rain the last couple of days we ventured our to the botanic gardens, Mogo Zoo and a trip to Bateman’s Bay. So much to do but also a great place to get away from everything, Tomakin is such a lovely quiet town. We had a great family holiday, hopefully we’ll be back.

Summary: This house was wonderful! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the front and back decks provided a great spot to sit and read or enjoy a cup of coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were great. The house is located a couple of minutes drive from great beaches and a great cafe (The Rivermouth). This is the perfect house for a family get away!
