Positive: An incredibly cozy and beautiful place! The air is fresh, the nature is stunning, and even the road leading to the property and the surrounding grounds are gorgeous. The host provided clear, comprehensive instructions for check-in, check-out, and the overall stay. Everything was perfectly organized. The house is exceptionally well-designed. Every little detail has been thought through: from the abundance and placement of power outlets to the coffee provided and even the airflow direction from the AC/heater. It is remarkably quiet and peaceful here.

Negative: The only downside was that we had so little time there—only 2 nights and 2 mornings! :)

Summary: I apologize in advance for all the superlatives, but this property is just that amazing!

Negative: Loud neighbors while we were there, some of the tile could use some tlc, found some broken ones but not too bad. Water pressure is good for shower but bad for dishes. Just needs some more love that’s all.

Negative: Hard to find. Not well marked. Three properties together and it was difficult to find which one was ours in the dark.

Positive: Great location, easy to access all of Three Rivers, and the state park entrances. Yet, away from the main road so it's very peaceful. The private patio is wonderful and serene. The studio itself is modern, clean, and well thought out. Plenty of room. Lots of thoughtful little touches. The massive TV is easily viewed anywhere in the studio including the bed! The main bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. One of the best I've slept in at a rental unit. I will note though, that the sofa bed, and the twin bed pullouts, were NOT comfortable. I would not be able to sleep a night in either of those. The sofa used as a sofa though, for hanging out, viewing TV, etc...was very comfortable in that configuration. Best of all, the host is incredibly nice and responsive, replying to all our communications almost instantly. I would definitely recommend this studio for your stay!
