Bring your family and fur babies*, and enjoy the quiet and convenience of our quaint, family neighborhood. All the conveniences of home. So central to all the great shopping and restaurants that the Boro has to offer. Luxurious bedding with super comfortable mattresses for that much needed R&R after a long day of Nashville fun! Blackout and near blackout curtains throughout for late sleepers. Fast internet with free wifi during your stay. We have an electronic lock which also makes it easy for last minute reservations. Ask about our optional Sweetheart Special that includes a chilled bottle of champaign and fresh chocolate covered strawberries (must be at least 21 years of age). Summit Haven Retreat is a private duplex w/shared back yard.

We do have a pet crate policy for this home. When dogs are left unattended we ask that they remain in their crates. If you don’t have one, let us know in advance and we can provide a clean crate for $10 per day rental. We also request that the dogs stay off the furniture and beds. Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! We appreciated the Christmas decorations especially since we were away from home for the holiday. The house was very clean and cozy, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. And the hosts were very responsive to requests and very friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our family vacation. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We loved the backyard in the evenings watching the lightning bugs and bunnies.
