Summary: Several family members had to fly into Knoxville late in the eve so we used the house as a meeting spot for 1 night . The house was exactly what was needed and it would be a great place to stay for a longer time if we were to stay in the area .

Summary: This rental was great. The description was accurate. The location was wooded and there was some noise from nearby train tracks and highways. The house is on a lot with three other rentals all private homes with the Slightly steep shared driveway. I would recommend this house to others.

Accommodations: The house itself was beautifully maintained, and it was evident that great care had been taken in its upkeep. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated.
