Upon entering our property you will instantly feel relaxed with multiple places to hang out, have conversations or watch the kids play in a safe and fully enclosed yard with beautiful views and sunsets.

BEDROOM 4 : sleeps 3 kids or adults and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail

OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course and gazebo with lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards and is fully enclosed.

Summary: This property was not only beautiful to look at but felt safe and relaxing with enough room and games/toys and an outside play gym that everyone was kept entertained Tranquil sitting area inside and out to enjoy the sun and fresh air, quite neighborhood with a great little shopping complex just up the hill that has all you need including The Pavilion Hotel which has great food and chilled vibeTiff's ease communication was refreshing and she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

Summary: We used this property as a base for 6 umpires attending State Championships at Murwillumbah. The property is well located in this regard and was excellent offering independent rooms for everyone, 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking. There were lots of nice touches including some basic food options left for us, and the offer of more if needed. Bathrooms well appointed as was the kitchen with many apopliances. Tiff the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Can't recommend highly enough.
