Summary: Once you close the gate, you can leave the outside world behind. Everything was perfect, and surprisingly quiet, private, decorated with class and style with an overwhelming feeling of tranquillity. Ample supplies and kitchen equipment. A home away from home. We didn't want to leave.

Summary: We traveled from the states for the first time to stay in New Zealand for 10 days. This house is a HOME. It's very welcoming with plenty of amenities. I like to pack light so the washer and dryer were a huge plus. It was so nice after a day of exploring to come back to this lovely relaxing place.

Summary: Came for a World Cup game to Gill’s oasis and had a great time. Everything we needed was in the house and Gill even got milk before we arrived for coffee. House was about 1.5 miles from Eden park. The gardens were beautiful and we didn’t have time but there’s even an outdoor pizza oven. Linens and towels were nice and Gill was super responsive to our questions. For dinner go to the Udon noodle place at the top of the street!

Summary: Gorgeous cottage in a fantastic location just off Dominion Road. Classy, very comfortable, well maintained and with all you need for a city stay. The enclosed courtyard with its palms and birds of paradise is stunning. And the zen garden! Will definitely be back.

Summary: We had a nice stay in this little cottage in the Mt. Eden area. Easy check-in, all the amenities needed to cook meals if wanted (but plenty of nice restaurant/ take-away options nearby also), parking, laundry and quiet. Just a quick drive from Auckland CBD for exploring.
