Positive: The close proximity to the bus stop and mall across the road were excellent. It met our needs and had basic items available. It was nice having an outdoor living space to use. Was handy having a washer and dryer available.

Negative: We were advised we had an allocated garage space - however, for our Hilux, the nose of the vehicle had to be pressed right up against the closed off area (only a very small half of a tandem garage was available), and had to remove tow bar, in order to be able to shut the garage door, and literally had only 1cm tops to spare, even then! Would strongly advise letting renters know the garage space is only suitable for a small vehicle. The house was surface clean, but the air conditioning unit had visible black mould all over the fins. The dishes had not been washed properly - food remnants all over them. The ones we used, I had to wash first. I would suggest this is to do with the previous inhabitants, rather than the owner. Under the TV cabinet could do with a good dust/mop, as with the couch. The master bed had sheets straight on top of the mattress - for a bed that is used for other people, I would strongly recommend a washable mattress protector or topper. The kitchen tap was very loosely attached to the bench - would recommend getting that fixed. There was a clothes airer in the hallway cupboard, however, it was missing parts and I couldn't use it. It would be helpful to have a functional airer, as we had rain on some days so couldn't always hang clothes outside.

Summary: Met our needs; some improvements could be made, but an excellent location.

Negative: The single bed are a bit of foam on some planks. Very uncomfortable and the owners need to look at replacing them.

Positive: Good location next to Indooroopilly shopping centre. Balcony/outdoor area was really nice. Aircon did a decent job cooling the main living area.

Negative: When we arrived at check-in time the place was only half cleaned - beds were stripped but not made, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to contact AirKeeper to get the cleaners to come back. Some of the stuff in the kitchen cupboards was dirty. There were coffee pods but no pod machine (?) Bathroom wasn't the nicest, especially for 3 people sharing the space

Positive: Very spacious top floor unit (3 floors, no lift). Older style, large, light and with large private balcony, automatic roller door parking. Washing machine, and very well equipped. Right opposite major shopping centre, close to transport and river. It’s a good location for UQ or exploring Brisbane.

Negative: You make the booking through Booking.Com, then have to supply additional documentation to Air Keeper Window coverings aging and barely there Tricky the first time to find access with a car - be in the far right lane of Musgrave which is a one-way street. A quirk with the electrical power points for kettle etc switching off - easy to switch back on, fusebox inside
