Traditional Highland detached cottage situated on a working farm just outside the town of Golpsie in Sutherland, which lies on the NC500 route.
All rooms are on the ground floor. Sleeping up to 4 guests this cosy and pretty cottage would ideally suit a couple or small family. The living room has a wood burning stove, smart TV and wi-fi, while the separate kitchen has electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There are two bedroom, one double and one twin and a walk in shower room with toilet and basin. Parking is outside the cottage beside the private garden which has outdoor furniture.

Summary: Really lovely cottage - I'd highly recommend. I'd been a bit concerned that it seemed very close to the main road but you can't hear anything and don't feel like you're by the road at all. Inside it's clean and well equipped, communication was quick and easy. Lovely area - the Big Burn walk is especially beautiful.
