Summary: The kettle in the guest room needs to be throughly inspected. I made 3 changed; and all seem to leak after boiled water is left in the kettle. Overall am pleased with Toyoko Inn Ulaanbaatar.

Summary: A reliable Japanese chain hotel with a lot to like but one front desk check-in staff member is noticeably cranky from start to finish. Also, the unfortunate truth is that group tourists from a certain neighboring country tends to use the property with little respect.
