Positive: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It's located in the most picturesque location with a beautiful view. The area is very peaceful and serene—but note that because it's in a more rural area, restaurants and businesses in the nearby Toyako town may close early. But not to worry! Convenience stores are open till midnight. We went around by car, and there's free parking right at the property. The owners/hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make sure we had a great stay. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We were even able to do some laundry. I would 100% recommend this place!

Positive: Truly feel like a home outside your home; can see the host is environmentally conscious, lots of organic stuff provided; all equipment well maintained. Host is very responsive and friendly

Negative: It is a little bit far away from the main town, so shops/cafe within walkable distance do not open half of the week or later in the day. It is not the issue of the property, but typical issue of a country town

Summary: If I ever come back to Lake Toya, I’ll definitely stay here.

Positive: Amazing place to stay! Everything is so well thought out and facilities were great. We loved the view of Lake Toya and how relaxing it was. Hosts were super nice and we couldn’t appreciate them more!! Would highly recommend.

Positive: Great view and such a cute comfortable little cabin. It was so clean and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind for us and went over and above to help us when one of my kids was sick. They are angels. It’s a secluded little spot for some peace and quiet. Seeing the sunrise over the lake with the white capped mountains was a definite highlight of our trip
