Positive: It is not the new hotel And a bit old when compared with other hotel that I stay for this trip at the same price. The breakfast is so so. Free parking.

Positive: The room is huge. Bed is comfy. Lovely lake view. Buffet spread for dinner and breakfast was excellent!

Positive: We had a 5th floor room with a view of Yotei-san (the Fuji-san look-alike) across the lake... absolutely stunning. The open-air bathhouse with the same view (on the 9th floor) is very nice too. The dinner and breakfast buffets incredibly varied and rich.

Negative: The shower curtain had large mildew stains on the inward-facing side.

Negative: They gave us a room with 2 single beds even though we told them we are on our honeymoon. Very small bathroom.

Positive: Large, clean room with an exceptional view. Good dinner and breakfast Staff helpful.

Negative: Dinner poorly organized, we had to queue to enter the dining room. Noisy Chinese groups, even late in the corridors and also with a smartphone in the onsen!! far too expensive
