This spacious townhouse suite is located in Nashville's historic Music Row District and is within walking distance of Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. It comfortably fits up to 6 people and is perfect for college visits, business trips, family getaways, and more!
The Space
Located 1.3 miles from the 12 South neighborhood (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.5 miles from Midtown (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.7 miles from The Gulch neighborhood (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.6 miles to the Demonbreun Area (nightlife, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame), and 1.9 miles to Downtown/Lower Broadway a.k.a. “Honky Tonk Highway” (music venues and Bridgestone Arena), everything is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away.
The keyless entry leads you into a spacious living room with a TV, a half bathroom, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, and an island with barstools. The upper level has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second bedroom with two beds also has a desk you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer with laundry detergent.

Summary: We were in town visiting family and to attend a concert. The condo was clean, in a great location, and comfortable to be in. We had a vehicle and drive to most places we went to so I don’t know about Ubers from here, but I can’t imagine it would be difficult. I would recommend staying here!

Summary: Our over all stay at this property was very good. Convenient and very quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom door would lock but not shut and catch and the Toaster oven wasn’t clean. Great communication with manager and very prompt. 👍

Summary: We stayed at this property over the holidays, and enjoyed every minute of it! For a family of three, it was ample room to relax when needed and also spend time with each other after a day of walking and exploring. The property was spotless and so clean when we arrived. We really appreciated clean and thoughtful everything was. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast at check-in and check out. Communication was also prompt throughout the booking process. The VRBO is in a great area of Music Row, it's close to Broadway (7 minute drive), and also the airport (12 min drive). We also liked getting to drive and check out the different sections of Nashville (the gulch, 12 south, hillsboro village, etc!), which are all within a very short driving distance. Definitely would recommend for a family or group of friends travelling to Nashville! :)
