Positive: Very Good location, in front of canal street trolley station. 1.25 usd per person a day! Very clean, excellent breakfast, big and modern rooms! Love it!!

Positive: Most of the staff were very friendly. They helped us order a taxi for our departure. And helped with a few extras that we needed. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was close, only about a 10 - 20 minute walk from most attractions.

Negative: Only once did we have an issue with the staff, and that was at the beginning of our stay. There wasn't any hand soap or bar soap to wash our hands in the bathroom or kitchen sink. When we asked for some, the staff at the front desk seemed confused about what hand soap was, and then she said, 'Do you mean bar soap?' Yes, ma'am, that's what we meant lol. She then reluctantly pulled some out of a drawer and handed it to us. And the bar staff, upstairs and downstairs (same guy), didn't appear to enjoy working at the hotel. When breakfast is free, you don't really expect much, but it really wasn't good. The room was clean, but some areas definitely need updates.

Summary: It's okay for a stay for an overnight trip, but for a longer one, I'd stay elsewhere

Positive: The property was in the best location. Close enough from the Bourbon St and French Quarter noise but close enough that you could walk to everything or use the transit train. So don’t bother renting a car you probably won’t use it. Plus parking there is a bit crazy. The staff was AMAZING and super friendly!! If I ever come back to New Orleans I will be staying at this property.

Negative: The only issue was the tv in the room had a bit of a blue hue but other than that everything was super clean and worked fine.

Positive: The staff more than anything from the front desk to the valet even the bartender I was so skeptical about the rooftop bartender at first but he end up being a good guy

Negative: When I booked the hotel room I thought it was closer to the Harrah's casino that was the whole reason why I booked it but then when I realized I was nowhere near the house casino that was kind of like a damper I didn't want to have to pay valet parking and then drive all the way up to about a Harrah's casino and have to pay the park again so I end up paying between the hotel and parking for my birthday over $100
