Summary: The communication was excellent. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very updated. The pillows on the bed were extremely comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. They provide high quality toiletries and towels/linens. Parking is included in a safe little parking lot. There is so much attention to detail. We met friends out for brunch and did not stay for breakfast, but the dining room is absolutely beautiful. The service is extremely professional and friendly. The proximity to everything is convenient. They even have an adorable little shed for hot beverages and refreshments. We couldn’t get over how amazing this place was. We will stay here the next time we visit Newport.

Summary: Check-in was easy and the stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential toiletries provided. The breakfast was amazing — such a perfect way to start the day. While there’s no elevator, the location more than makes up for it — just a short walk to downtown, the famous Cliff Walk, and the beautiful Newport Mansions. Would definitely stay again!A
