Summary: We spent 2 nights at the Inn. The location was so perfect - we were able to walk to the Wharf area for activities and restaurants but also was far enough away from how busy that area can be on weekends. There is a coffee place just down the block but not really needed as the breakfast at the inn was delicious. The onsite parking was so convenient. Liz was so welcoming and made us feel at home. We were in the first floor room which had a huge bathroom and shower and the bed was very comfy. I will suggest the Inn to everyone I know going to Newport!

Summary: The property is lovely, well located, walkable. Or room was clean, spacious and had beautiful decor. Breakfast was delicious and the nightly sweets were a great touch. And the on site manager was helpful and charming.

Summary: The property was immaculate. The in keeper was very kind and helpful with things to do in Newport. I highly recommend this and will be back for another visit for sure.

Summary: Beautiful inn with very responsive staff. Loved the jacuzzi rooms and breakfast. The gas fireplace was perfect for a freezing day. Really great area, super quiet, and an easy walk to all the Newport shops and restaurants.

Summary: The facility was lovely. We stayed in this B & B many times with previous owners. Was excited to return...but was very disappointed. The first morning we went down for breakfast the young lady came and introduced herself. Very pleasant. She said she would bring us breakfast and in less than a minute delivered 2 plates with... a sccop of cheesy potatoes, a pie slice of quiche and a slice of bacon cut in half. The food was not even warm. I barely touched it and my huisband who is allergic to eggs, ate the bacon from both our plates. It was all store prepared not freshly made in house. For the price of this place it should have been fresh!!! Also there was no juice to be had anywhere and we had to make our own coffee with a one cup kerig machine. So for the next 2 days we went elsewhere for breakfast. I will never stay here again. As for the staff, we never saw anyone, including the person cleaning rooms, for the rest of our stay. When we left there was noone to give keys to, so we left them in the kitchen on the island.
