Summary: Stayed previously, great location, accomodation perfect 2 large bedrooms with immaculate bathrooms, parking facilities an extra bonus. No doubt we'll be back again. Only negative strangely couldnt find any cups/plates etc.

Summary: Amazing find, absolute home from home in Harrogate. cant rate this property or the company managing it high enough. we could have comfortably stayed 2 weeks and had everything we needed. Check-in, communication, parking, location literally everything perfect.

Summary: Really well placed for shops and pubs/restaurants etc., whilst still on a quiet enough residential street. After a very long journey in the heat really didn't want to get the car out again and was able to walk to the Tesco Express and back in less than ten minutes. Check-in and communication with host was great - we phoned twice and the call was answered immediately both times. We were put into a different house on arrival to what we'd expected but this was no problem and probably better than the other as had a full bathroom and separate en-suite in the second bedroom. Well appointed and good to have things like an iron and board to hand etc. The only thing we had a slight issue with was a marked difference in temperature going from upstairs to down - we should have been able to change this on the radiators but couldn't seem to. Overall a lovely holiday home and a shame we weren't staying a bit longer.

Summary: it is pretty much in city centre , but still away from the big parking crowds. Really lovely space , exactly what we needed for a family of 4. Kitchen has enough to make a quick meal for breakfast or lunch, while its plenty restaurants around for a drink or dinner. Check in was smooth and they had electric charger for a car. car park very secure, although bay is a little small for a large car. overall definitely recommended , we just simply parked our car for two days and enjoyed walking and exploring Harrogate

Summary: The cottage was clean, check in was straight forward. The location was perfect for the town and all local attractions. We had an amazing few days away, we would definitely return again.

Summary: Host was very responsive at the time off booking and sent clear, helpful instructions on access and what was around the local area, well presented, clean and tidy great location with supermarket, bars and plenty of places to eat, the location is lovely and had everything you would need, No noise issues, Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If I am in the area I shall book again if it's available. Many thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend, thanks again.
