Positive: This place was fantastic all around! I’m going to school online and the hi speed wifi was super great. Game room was A+!

Positive: It was spacious and comfortable. It was mostly private except for the way the yard is shaped. It was odd and made it feel like the neighbor was on the property sometimes when they weren't LOL. The game room downstairs kept the teenagers entertained.

Negative: There was no air conditioning upstairs and the ac downstairs kept going off/on but they did have fans on upstairs before we got there. First Aid kit was bare and needs restocking. The way the water sprays out of the faucet in the kitchen made it splash every where so we had to wipe up the floors often. But those were minor inconveniences that didn't really affect our stay.

Positive: We really enjoyed the space and options we had around the house for pleasure and the location it was placed at

Negative: The septic tank was leaking after one use of the restroom, the house was not cleaned all the way and the first bedroom was covered in ants, there was a dirty sock in that room as well. The entire house had a cleaning problem. I believe we left the house at a better state it was then when we first got there.

Summary: Very fun and enjoyable, but dirty and uncomfortable
