Positive: Clean and tidy, good location. Close to the beach and central Bournemouth.

Negative: Parking could definitely be better, your allocated a space which is quite small anyway, and you’re ability to utilise that space depends on how well the cars next to your space are parked. We ended up having to use a space at another flexistay building behind tower apartments.

Positive: The Location was great, just 5 to 10 minutes work to the beach and the shopping centre where you can eat out or grab what ever the you need. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The management was very nice and helpful, always trying to help and their communication skills are excellent.

Negative: Not that much, but their shower in the the bathroom was very slow, I think they need a kind of A/C system in the flat the weather was very warm and we where only been provided with one fan for the flat.

Summary: In general it was a fantastic stay, my kids loved the apartment, it was very clean and great Host.

Positive: Love the location and decor! Modern apartments in prime location for the beach but also 10-15 mins from town. Staff are great and quick to respond with requests/issues. Lift in building which is a plus.

Negative: Soundproofing is a problem. This is the only thing that lets it down. People allow their flat doors to slam, because they have to be fire doors they auto close. A simple fix with slow closers installed or something similar and extra insulation to muffle the sound, altho I’m no expert on this! Additionally, you can hear movement in flats above you - again they should have insulated the ceilings with adequate soundproofing.

Summary: Amazing location for the beach! And short walk to town. Lovely modern apartments. Would stay again for sure!

Positive: It’s a beautiful flat. It’s very clean and was a home from home

Negative: I wished the sofa was higher and more comfortable due to having health issues so it would have been nice to have a to in the bedroom so when needing to rest.

Positive: We stayed in room 8, the property is in a great location to the beach and could walk to the pier and city centre

Negative: The flusher in toilet of apartment 8 needed excessive pressure to work, it should be looked into otherwise every thing was perfect
