Positive: Great communication with the use of Google translate. We were late arriving due to a tyre puncture. A warm welcome greeted us. Special treat was left for us in the fridge. Quick response to questions Awesome location Wonderful views and quiet.

Negative: Be aware that towels are not provided. We did not expect this, and as overseas travellers, we can not bring our own towels due to luggage limitations. Quick response to my question and towels were delivered quickly and quite late at night with a no problem attitude. Greatly appreciated. Maybe more detail to be provided in listing would help. Everything else was there to use.
