Summary: Beautiful Condo with all the amenities. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. Perfect for moving our daughter into University of Tampa

Summary: Never got to enjoy. Had a hurricane 1 that came through. Left and went to other side of Florida. Stayed in a hotel Days Inn Sunday till Saturday.

Summary: This condo surpassed our expectations. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and in a convenient location. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay and gave us many dining recommendations. While there is a beach within a few miles of the property, we opted to drive to a few different beaches around the area as well. We would love to stay here again and hope to return soon.

Summary: This property more than lived up to expectations. It’s a comfortable home with all the amenities you might need. We slept great in the beds. There were plenty of linens, kitchen and cleaning supplies. We appreciated the extensive cable and movie channels which gave us a chance to get caught up on some viewing while on vacation. The location was quiet and beautifully manicured and maintained. The host was very responsive, though it wasn’t really necessary because we had everything we needed. The family had a great time and hope to come back again!

Summary: Everything that was listed in the description of this property is exactly how it really is......maybe even better. Just over the bridge from the Don Ceasar Hotel and St. Pete beach, this condo is centrally located to all of the places that we wanted to go. Just a short drive to John's Pass, Pass-a-grille, Merry Pier and Ft. De Soto Park, and Treasure Island. The unit is in a beautifully kept community with a nice pool and hot tub that we used almost daily. (mostly sunny and 81 degrees every day). These units are patrolled by security, so my wife and I were not worried as we took our morning walk. The unit was nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything that we needed as we cooked most of our meals. The washer and dryer were a big plus for us. We really didn't need to pack a lot of clothes. We had a very nice vacation, and we cannot wait until we can go back. Maybe the next time we can go a little longer. We are wary of spending a long time away from our own bed, but the king -size bed with the Beautyrest mattress.........yeah, that's the ticket!
