Summary: Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you so much To Barry and his family for being so welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay

Summary: The property is a wonderful little find. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spotlessly clean and lots of little treats in both the kitchen and bathroom. Barry was extremely responsive to our emails prior to our visit. We were unfortunately delayed on transport when visiting Manchester. The hosts made sure we were safe and were very accommodating to our late arrival. We cannot thank them enough. The railways station is a short walk away and only a short journey into Manchester. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an apartment on the outskirts of Manchester. If visiting in the area again we will be back if the apartment is available.
