Perfect for beach lovers and snowbirds! You will enjoy beachfront access (just steps away) while relaxing in a tastefully appointed luxury beachfront apartment with amazing resort-type amenities and outstanding views. Ample space inside our apartment and out in the building's common areas, all in a relaxed beach and residential setting. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms... one is always available and you most likely will not have to share. Two are ensuite bathrooms (bathroom inside bedroom). Windows open on both sides of our apartment for superb cross ventilation with breezes coming down from mountains. Amazing views of the pool, Serenity Beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Our master bedroom, with a king size, orthopedic mattresses has a private bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in closet and sliding glass door access to the balcony. Our second bedroom has a private bathroom and sliding glass doors access to the balcony. Our balcony stretches the entire front of our apartment: two bedrooms and the living room have tremendous views to the pool, beach, bay and ocean. Our third bedroom has a desk with access to a bathroom right outside. There is a full kitchen, dining room and living room. All bedrooms have split, air conditioners and there is a large split inverter air conditioner in the main living area. Our gated, residential complex has 24 hour security and 24 hour concierge service. You will be safe and secure in our setting, so much more than a stand alone property. Little to no crowds due to our building's low occupancy rate; only 20% of property owners live full-time on the premises.

Summary: The accommodations were just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the views were great. We were able to take long walks on the beach and the pools were not over crowded. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and groceries stores within a 5 minute drive. Summary: My family of 5 stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect! It is so close to the ocean you can softly hear the waves crashing even with the balcony doors closed. The amenities were fantastic! There’s a beach bar as well as a bar in the pool area. They both serve food (same menu) and prices are reasonable. There are also outdoor and indoor playgrounds for the kids. The pools are spectacular with plenty of variety. The one closest to the beach is heated. The condo itself was wonderful with plenty of room for my family to spread out, comfortably sleep, and had plenty of bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. The host was great to work with and answered all my questions promptly. She even left beach toys and life jackets for my kids! I highly recommend this condo for families or could accommodate 3 couples easily. We hope to return again someday!

Summary: The appartment is great, the site is clean, service is great and security is good. We found it a bit far from town, you need a vehicle to travel, or taxis but not easy for a family of 5. Our host was amazing and very welcoming, she helped us we our needs and information was clear and concise.

Summary: Property was spacious and clean. Instructions given my property manager were clear and easy to understand. The property had an immaculate view and nice amenities such as the the pool, restaurant, and game room which was a plus. I hope to return in the future.

Summary: Pool beach and facilities were very beautiful and kept very clean. Security in building was excellent, felt safe. The view from the deck was outstanding. Condo very clean and spacious. Extra like spices and a few food products left for us as well as a bottle of wine was a great touch and much appreciated after a travel day. Donna was very thorough with instructions before , during and for checkout.

Summary: Beautiful facility! The pool, beach, cleanliness and security were great. We loved when the beach club was open. Great view of the ocean from the apartment with a great balcony to read, relax and have a coffee every morning. Master bedroom mattress was not the greatest (2 mattresses together that are very soft) but other than that no complaints. The host, Donna, was fantastic. She helped with any questions and information asked of her.
