Positive: Our family really enjoyed this house as it was spacious for everyone. The host was very kind and went out his way to accommodate our earlier check-in along with fresh bottled water and some coffee tea essentials on our arrival. There were many shops for grocery shopping particularly the nearby Gyle Centre where they have Morrisons and Marks & Spencers. Location wise was perfect as we have 2 family cars and meant we could park for free avoiding the expensive charges in town. There were plenty buses operating into town and we will sure come back to stay again in summer this year. Thank you for hosting us!

Negative: There are stairs but it’s for sure very homely, spacious, warm and clean!

Positive: The property is well positioned near the airport and it was very convenient to be close by. Central Edinburgh was easily accessible by the nearby bus stops and also train options. We were able to park our hire car at the house avoiding expensive parking and ULEZ fees in city centre. We also visited nearby cities Glasgow and Stirling by car - our family eventually headed to the Highlands and the house was a fantastic location and layover spot. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty appliances, we cooked alot of meals at home - Torwood was a home away from home! Host was also very helpful and shared his recommendations to get around Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Negative: The apartment had everything we needed, we just wished Edinburgh was a bit warmer in January! Will be back!
