Positive: The location. The bedroom was large and bright, with a view of the CN Tower. A lovely airy kitchen/dining area, with everything I needed. A lovely big walk in shower. It was so easy to get to downtown Toronto, via public transport, as the streetcar stop was less than a 5 minute walk away. The best thing though, was the wonderful host, called Kevin! From the beginning of my stay, until the end, he could not have been any more helpful, or kind. Nothing was too much trouble for him! A really lovely man!

Negative: There was nothing at all that I did not like.

Summary: Next time I'm in Toronto, this place will definitely be the place I will stay! Highly recommend!

Positive: Same as described, Kevin was so kind and helped us carry our luggage to our rooms. The room and facility were clean and the location was also good. Would book here again if I happen to visit Toronto again

Positive: very clean room. very friendly service. the house is organized very well. the sofa bed is also very comfortable. me and my two kids fit in perfectly. come with kids for the concert. very happy and remarkable memory. thank you for your lovely place. 👍👍

Positive: The room that I had was a double and well proportioned with a shared bathroom. There were never any issues in regard to use of the bathroom, shared kitchen etc. as in reality one rarely bumped into any of the other quests. It was aways super quiet. The property is modern, tastefully decorated with very good amentities. The whole property is also spotless all the time. Kevin, who is the owner, and who attends to everything, is the bestest, friendliest and most helpful host I have every experienced, notwithstanding I have travelled a lot and stayed in top notch hotels, top grade resorts etc. It was definitely a real home from home for me for the 17 nights I stayed there. Thank you so much Kevin.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of, other than a guide on how to work the TV channels would be helpful to mugs like me from a different hemisphere!

Summary: I had a superb stay at this establishment, and highly recommend it.

Positive: This is a homestay. The owner rents a couple of rooms on the second floor. The owner stays on the same building. Owner is amicable, rooms are clean.

Negative: The description of the room is misleading. It said “ Double Room with Private Bathroom”. It is NOT a double room. It is a single room with a queen bed. Also, don’t expect to have the same level of amenities as hotel stay. Would like to see an iron press and an ironing board in future. I stayed there for a night and was by myself. Did not have any challenges. Not sure the level of comfort if you are travelling as a group, planning to stay multiple days and planning to use the owner’s kitchen.
