Positive: Javid, the host (Champion!) was great. He was almost always immediately reachable by WhatsApp. Busy guy, always taking care of details for all of his guests. You need it or want it, he will make it happen. Can't say enough nice things about Javid. The pool on property was clean and refreshing with a beautiful view. The room was very spacious. I was able to identify many types of birds while lounging at the pool area with binoculars. The Torraille Waterfall is directly across the street and nice for a quick visit.

Negative: The noseeums at the pool were plentiful. Wear repellent if you don't want itchy red welts for 2 weeks. The bed was clean and in good condition just firmer than my preference. There were one or two periods of reduced water pressure or lack of hot water when there were many guests. The shared kitchen facility (for rooms without a kitchen) was terrible. Not a place I wanted to be, so I relied on the microwave. It would be much improved with a good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, a functioning stove top and some new pots and pans.

Positive: The excellent pool and surrounding area, large room, and very comfortable bed. Javid our host was most helpful showing us around and driving us about.

Negative: Longish walk into town but Javid made up for this.

Positive: We absolutely loved the setting, next to a little river with waterfalls and surrounded by exotic (to us) foliage. The pool was great too and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves. The room was very clean with good facilities including a comfortable bed and a fridge. We walked to the Spiderman Falls - a bit of a hike along the river but beautiful and exciting - I saw a mongoose. Javid was really helpful.

Negative: It lacked things to wash up with and to dry clothes. We didn't have a car and so it wasn't easy to get around.

Positive: The Grounds : beautiful swimming pool and a good size for swimming in right next to a mini fall and stream below which you can here whilst round the pool and see over the barrier. the touristy Toraille waterfall is adjacent the property. Use of car advised to get about as nothing around and about 8-10 mins down to Soufriere for restaurants, supermarket etc the rooms: our first night was in a huge one bed apartment and it was all brand new and lovely l. We had a room move for the second night however as the giant room we were in had an electrical issue (but we were the first guests so just snagging and the electrician came out the next day but we were moving on). They are awaiting their accessories package so we did not have access to crockery or essential cooking utensils etc and basics such as a tea towel, washing up liquid etc. we didn’t need these so much as we only stayed 2 nights as we moved around the island but they are needed for longer stays or for those without transport. The second studio room was really cosy and comfortable. Both rooms were lovely.

Negative: The bed in the studio room downstairs was a bit roll together and perhaps needs a new mattress as the one bed apartment bed was brilliant and no issues. once the kitchen is stocked in the one bed apartment it will be perfect!

Summary: Relaxing stay in the heart of nature and awesome pool!
