Positive: The park was completely full and yet the noise level was more than acceptable. People really seem to be considerate of their neighbors. The mattress in this unit was particularly good The cooking facilities were terrific.

Negative: Those four high steps up to the unit did not serve a senior citizen well. Other than that I thought it was absolutely terrific The unit I stayed in 155.

Summary: Great accommodations for all age ranges.

Positive: The size of the home, the furnishings, and parking next to the home.

Negative: The odor of sewer backing up, difficulty lacking the door, the inability to stabilize the internal temperature. It vacillated from 38° in the late afternoon to 17 in the early am.

Positive: This park is in a nice location. Houses are efficient, clean and easy to heat

Negative: The number plate recognition system was rubbish. It rejected our English license plate (clean, car perfectly aligned) regularly, and always when it was dark. I did manage to get through on occasion by driving backwards. Often had to walk and carry stuff from the general parking lot to the cottage. My main issue is that the staff did not take it seriously and suggested it never happened before. We heard more people complain about the same issue.

Summary: Good stay, but entry system and service falling short.

Positive: Great base from which to travel and explore the area. The bus service is excellent. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable

Negative: Towels are available to rent separately from the linen package which each guest pays for. I think that this is the only element which constitutes poor service, a towel should be part of the linen package. The apartments are not spacious - two of us stayed in an apartment which could accommodate 5 people. Had there been 5 of us, it would have been more than a little snug but it served our purpose perfectly
