This beautiful house with pool has just been finished after extensive core sanitation measures. It is a modern holiday house with approx. 120 sqm living space plus terraces on a secluded corner plot of approx. 450 sqm. The house has been completely renovated from the inside and is through its many windows and glass fronts as well as the bright, modern furnishings wonderfully flooded and offers from the level terrace a wonderful view of the sea. The basic tone in the interior is a light but warm beige, which is found on the walls and the beautiful microcement floor.
It is divided as follows:
The entire area of the tenants can be used, is located on the ground floor. You enter the house through a high, light-flooded glass door. From the hallway you reach the left into the living area and into a bedroom with A / C with small bathroom en suite. On the right hand side are 2 more bedrooms with A / C and a spacious shower room with 2 vanities. Straight from the hallway you can see the spacious dining area with partial nice sea view. To the left of the dining area is a chic new, fully equipped high-gloss kitchen, of course also with dishwasher. Outside there is a small outbuilding for with washer and dryer. The living room has a flatscreen with satellite TV and of course W-LAN. The house is fully equipped with bed linen and towels.
The house is available for rent all year round and has central floor heating.
Outside, there is a cozy dining table under the future covered terrace as well as several comfortable lounge seatings to enjoy the sea view. In the pool area are 6 couches, a sun screen as well as an outdoor shower available. The pool measures approximately 3 x 7 meters. An outside grill can also be used

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Lots of shade options outside combined with the pool kept us cool in the heat and the air con in the bedrooms kept the nights comfortable. Cala Llombards is a quiet area and the villa is 5mins walk to the gorgeous local beach. The local shop had plenty of basics and beach things. Our favourite other beach in the area was s’amarador in the mondrago national park- stunning. Santanyí is a beautiful old town with some great family friendly restaurants. Good communication from the villa manager and everything in the villa was of a high standard.
