Summary: Charming, comfortable home. Great neighborhood to walk, lovely older homes, lots of spring flowering plants to see. Plenty of on street parking. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get to. Who knew Chillicothe was so quaint.

Summary: Sergio was a wonderful host! Property was exactly as described. The decor is super cute. The beds are VERY comfortable! Check-in was a breeze and we had zero issues during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again

Summary: The property was great. The host was great at communication. We really enjoyed our stay. The only minor complaint was how steep and narrow the stairs were. I would certainly stay at this property again or any of their others.

Summary: The apartment was the cleanest short term rental I've ever stayed in. Check in was easy. I didn't cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. But just basics. Plus plus coffee and coffee filters were there. And a few snacks. Bathroom had all the basics avaliable. Plenty of paper supplies. Easy walk to the downtown restaurants and shopping. The air conditioning is windrow units and there was only one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. I asked and quickly received one for the second bedroom. The house had no curb appeal and the porch and entry way with steps were not very clean. There is only street parking but there was always some available in close proximity. The houseplants get in the way a bit. There was a big plant in front of the only towel bar in the bathroom. You had to step into the plant to dry your hands. I moved the plant. There is no where to unload your clothes and no where to open your suitcase. No dresser and the closet is full of cleaning supplies. You have to open your suitcase on the floor and live out of it. Over all a good place to stay.
