Summary: We stayed here for two weeks in August and had a lovely time with family. Overall impression is that the villa is lovely, although we had a few issues but they were dealt with well by Julie, the lady who looks after the villa (who we cannot speak highly enough of). Initial impression on arrival was lovely. We were met by Julie who directed our taxi to the villa. Our arrival pack was awesome - masses of fresh fruit, champagne, beer, wine, milk, bread, Nutella, sunscreen, mossie repellant, the list is endless and this was very well received by our party. One thing you should be aware of is that the map shown on this site is inaccurate. It is located on the Amiyra Development on the other side of Pefkos, this was fine with us but if you know Pefkos, it may not be where you thought it was. The rooms are all well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The outside spaces are amazing, and there is so much room everywhere. The barbie area, the two dining areas, tennis court, pool (although there are many tiles coming off) and hot tub. There is everything you could pretty much want in the kitchen and we dined in a lot and we had everything we could need. We hired a car and whilst we didn't go far, it was essential. Lindos is very easy to get too and very beautiful. The supermarket near there is one of the better ones however, some of the local ones do stock a decent range of food. The bakers in Pefkos is amazing! The cakes and desserts were gorgeous. Unfortunately, whilst we were there we did have three days when the air con broke down in the bedrooms, whilst continuing to work in the main living area. It was frustrating having to try to get it fixed and at times, made to feel that it was our fault that it was not working - it was not. It was eventually fixed but it was disappointing it broke in the first place. After all, it was 30 ish degrees. In addition, the wifi stopped working buy fortunately my husband worked out (eventually) how to fix it. It broke again but we managed to get it working. And finally, whilst I don't go on holiday to watch tv, with three kids in our party, and the Olympics on, we would have like the TVs to work. Not one of them worked throughout our holiday, despite being communicated to the owners. This is an expensive villa and we would have expected these to work. But we did have a nice time, just a little frustrating with these issues (esp the air con).

Summary: Beautiful villa but the air conditioning in the open plan living area did not work for our entire 2 week stay in July 2015. The owners just didn't care and refused to compensate us for our very uncomfortable stay. This is a very expensive villa and should be perfect. Who on earth would pay thousands of pounds to stay in a villa without air conditioning in Greece in the height of summer. And why on earth could it not be fixed within the two weeks we were there? We spoke to the agents every day but although they agreed it was unacceptable nothing was done.

Summary: The property had 5 well sized bedrooms. The kitchen layout was slightly unusual for those that want to be active (dishwasher, sink and hob all within centimeters of each other). You do need a car as the location is terrific for peace and quiet. Some minor issues with switches for lights and blinds that were solved in our final week. The pool needs some work as tiles are coming adrift. There weren't enough umbrellas for shade by the pool and this wasn't rectified sufficiently. Air conditioning was perfect so the villa kept the cool well. The outside seating was terrific and easily seated our party of 10.

Summary: Villa Palmera is amazing, exactly like the pictures. The house is located on the heights and the sea view is incredible. You get everything you need: great swimming pool (heated and lighted wich is very nice for a night bath) with deckchairs, sauna, professional jacuzzi with integrated bluetooth stereo, bbq and pizza oven, you can play tennis on the brand new tennis court, ping-pong and so many other things. House is fully climatised. Living room has a large plasma TV, home cinema and stereo. kitchen is fully equiped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, very big fridge in Swarovski design, nothing is missing. Washing machine, dryer, ironer are very useful too. you have your own private parking and very safe for the children. The bedding is very high quality and each bedrooms has its own terraces. Pefkos is nice with good restaurant and pubs and very close. Nightlife in Lindos is also great. No doubt, I would recommend the villa and will comeback for sure. C.L

Summary: Incredible Villa, in such a beautiful location. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a nice relaxing holiday. The Pool was a really good size, our children spent hours in there. Everything about the villa itself is stunning and u couldn't really want more for the price, the tennis court was a really nice addition the sauna works a treat addition and the jacuzzi is perfect for a night time drink and chill! Pefkos itself was really nice, plenty of places to eat and drink and easy get to. Thanks again for letting us hire your fabulous villa. , I would definitely recommend villa Palmera to either a group of friends or families looking to relax,. Would love to come again C.
