Positive: Fantastic place, comfortable, beautiful and unique. The apartment is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a long vacation, there is air conditioning in every room, the beds are very comfortable, and the view from the spacious terrace is unique. But we are most impressed by the attitude of the owners. Such nice, caring and kind people are rarely found. They made our vacation so memorable by constantly making sure we had a surprise every day-pancakes, meatballs, breakfast...and many other things. Not to mention the fridge was stocked with essentials upon our arrival! I think this is the best place to stay in Preveza. Effie and Kostas, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Positive: The whole experience Efi and Kwsta are providing is amazing, and we really felt at home. There is absolutely everything you need there, and the peace and quiet you get is a guaranteed battery charger. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else if visiting the area again. You have your own little beach at the house, while the city centre is a stone's throw away. We had a wonderful time, so thank you, Efi and Kwsta for the amazing treatment. ❤️

Positive: Everything: the location at the beach, close to Preveza Center, easy parking. Lovely hosts who fulfil any wish and give you plenty of privacy too. Dog lovers. Beautiful garden and fresh products to eat from. Even fresh chicken eggs. Full fridge and cooked breakfast if you like. Ideal for younger people too- because the hosts are extremely tolerant and nice people. Always hot water and a washing machine for clothes. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped- two balconies and pleasant rooms. Can really recommend.

Negative: Nothing. But to find the house by car and navigation- we put in Margarona Royal Hotel (which is near by) and then took the first right after the water bridge (before you reach that other hotel). Then the villa is like the third house on your left (you’ll recognise the garden from the pictures)

Positive: The property is ideally located in a quiet area, just on the waterfront but yet very close to the city centre. There is easy parking availability inside the property. The rooms are spacious, luminous, clean, pleasantly decorated and have all necessary modern amenities. The balcony has nice view over an ample and beautiful garden and the beach. On top of all these it is the hosts, Effie and Kostas, who are warm, kind, very helpful and generous. They are also very knowledgeable about Preveza and the greater Amvrakikos area and they are always available to provide tips and advice. Thanks to their care about their guests, their place has been for our family a home away from home and we have really enjoyed a relaxed, cozy and unpretentious atmosphere and a unique hospitality.
