Positive: Spacious, washing machine, enclosed carpark, waterhose to fill up the reservoir in the car. Friendly and helpfull

Negative: Like all other hotels.. no blackout curtains, please use black ones, so waking up wit first light.

Positive: The location is great, next to Bishkek's town center. It is located in the yard of a house and therefor away from the road. Nothing bothers the guests from the road. It is newly built and super (!) spacious on two floors and equipped with 4 single beds (which can easily put together to a double bed) The owners are lovely people and like to help with all needs. Private and secure car parking in the yard.

Negative: Unfortunately, there are a couple of down points. Sorry to say, especially when the owners are such nice people. But I have the feeling they are aware of it and will do their best to fix the issues. Please, please, dear travelers: Don't judge by my words. It was only a snapshot of our experience. All my topics might be fixed soon. And then you might have a lovely, spacious place. Contact the owners and ask, have a look yourself. The apartments are extremely noisy. Not from the street but from the neighboring apartments. You can literally hear every word. Sound insulation is a big topic and the owner knows about. I hope he can do sth about. There was garbage from previous people in the bin. The apartment offers no microwave or stove. This is irritating as there is a kitchen sink and fridge. There was almost no tableware, plates or bowls were missing. The toilet seat was broken. Last but not least: the hot water boiler is far too small. It is barely enough for one person, not even to think about to use for two or even four. One more hint to the owners: A sign outside on the gate would be a great help for travelers to find your place

Positive: Loved the spacious of the accommodations - we had a living room and an upper floor bedroom to ourselves. The interiors were nice and cozy. Our host Tim was very gracious and helpful!

Negative: We faced a few teething issues like no wifi, toilet flush not working etc. But our host was very helpful in sorting these out and that too late in the night. However, not giving this property a full 10 only because the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Summary: All in all a great stay, very spacious room and warm and fuzzy interiors.
