Positive: Its location is fire, right at the center of Gyumri. The rooms are comfortable and stuff is very helpful and kind.

Negative: The price-room quality match isn’t that good, but with all the other good things, you can somewhat accept the price.

Positive: Big room with a nice balcony, spacious bathroom with a great shower. Close to centre of town.

Negative: A bit noisy due to entertainment nearby and on the top floor. The breakfast was slow to be served to each table but still quite dull. Service at reception was lack lustre.

Positive: Comfy, spacious room, right in the city center. Welcoming stuff. Somewhat adequate price (with discount).

Negative: If you take the room with a bathtub, you must know that there is no separate shower in that room and tub shower is short. Not a deal breaker for me.
