Positive: Host and his family were warm and kind people. Armen did check in 1 am which is high valubale for us. We had great time there. Access to the main area of the city was easy and fast for us.
Negative: The main issue was the property was in the high humid basement. Probably in June-July-August it would be more dry. also the bedroom was located in the seperated area that wasn obvious in the pictures. the entrance picture was not correct. The main entrance picture should show 5 stair basement.

Positive: Large, modern, recently renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms! Good facilities, kitchen, wifi, TV, bathroom and even "welcome chocolates" (thank you!). Friendly, responsive and helpful host and family living above the apartment. Quiet arera, about 15 mins walk to town, shops nearby. Apartment is at street level, but street is quiet. Good value for money.
Summary: Pleasant, comfortable stay in a large, modern, renovated apartment.

Positive: Really nice Guest House near the center.(10 Minutes walk) Very clean, comfortable and huge. It's like an AirBnB with everything you need. The owners are really friendly and take good care of you. There was even food grapes chocolate tea and more. Thank you so much for the time.

Positive: Apartment is incredibly spacious with everything that you would need. The host is lovely and very hospitable. Location is good, short walk to the main street and supermarkets close by. Great place to stay in Gyumri.
