The proximity and the view from the top floor of Villas III 1000 building makes this the best location in Ocean Village. This stylish one bedroom apartment was completely remodeled. Kitchen features, beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel Bosch appliances. The cabinets are fully stocked with everything a chef could need. I would love to talk to you before you make the reservations.
The bedroom has all brand new furniture and a spacious King size bed. The living room has a comfortable pull out leather queen size sofa that can comfortably sleep two more, with a matching double recliner. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The bedroom has pocket doors, allowing for privacy at night with the ability to have an open floor-plan by day. There are numerous closets to store all your belongings.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and outside the bathroom there is a second separate vanity with a sink. All walls are painted in soothing light-colored earth tones. Beautiful seaside prints hang on the walls. There are ceramic tiles throughout so you don't have to worry about sandy feet. A spacious screened balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean or watch your favorite golfer at the first hole, located right behind the building. A brand-new, generously sized, front loading washer and dryer right inside the apartment is a great convenience.
The apartment is on the third floor which maximizes the beautiful view while still being wheelchair accessible due to the elevator right down the hall.
Amenities: The apartment is completely furnished with plenty of linens and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, small food processor, and a blender for a refreshing frozen margarita.
The central A/C gives you the option of cooler air or you can open the windows and with the front screen door you'll have a great cross-breeze to enjoy the ocean air and the sound of the waves crashing. The brand-new washer & dryer, iron and ironing board means you can always look fresh and pressed. Brand-new tropical looking ceiling fans in living room and bedroom provide a great breeze. Two Color TV's and a DVD/VCR provide additional entertainment. A full-sized stereo is also available. The screened Balcony has a table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. Beach chairs, towels and blanket means you're all set to enjoy a day on the beach, located just across the golf course. The built in desk, can be used for your laptop or the wireless internet service can allow you to search the web and watch the golfers from the balcony.
The resort features 5 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a $8 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant which is located next to the largest of the 5 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a 'kiddie pool' for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities.
Activities: Golf: If Ocean Village's 9-hole golf course is not enough for you there are 17 championship golf facilities consisting of 21 separate courses (mostly Fazio and Nicklaus designed) all within a 40 minute drive.

Summary: This condo is in a resort like setting. Without leaving the resort you can golf, use the multiple pools, bike, join a number of activities from painting to card games and eat at the onsite restaurant. The overall location is close to other beaches and restaurants. The condo itself has a very nice water view and also a view of the first tee. It is nicely furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Adela is very accommodating with any needs or questions.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was close to the beach and more than one pool. We enjoyed watching the golfers right outside the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable too!

Summary: This is a perfect get away for anybody looking for a nice, quiet get away. There is plenty to do within a short drive or Uber trip. Fun locations with great views are plentiful. Grocery store close for all your needs. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Adela was the perfect host. I had a unique situation and she gladly made accommodations for me. She is the perfect host, quickly responded.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful! The only problem that we experienced was that 7 days was not long enough for us to do everything that we wanted to do at the resort! There is just too much fun to be had here! The rental unit was as advertised and ideally situated on the complex to easily access all of the amenities of the property. We plan on coming back as soon as we can.

Summary: This condo is a gem! Beautifully appointed decor, fully outfitted kitchen, all the personal touches one would expect in a high end hotel, comfy mattress to sleep on while you are lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf. We sat on the balcony each morning drinking coffee, watching the golfers at the first tee, enjoying the breeze and the sounds and sights of the ocean waves crashing on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, (we will definitely stay longer next time). We especially appreciated the owner allowing our two small 4-legged family members to join us. This property is as advertised and more!! Looking forward to booking this property again.
