Positive: The location and private beach setting. Had many amenities to assist in a comfortable stay. Lots of shower and beach towels. Plenty of consumables to keep the trash, dishes and laundry kept up and clean. Super clean house. Many extra pillows and blankets and extremely high quality and comfortable beds.

Negative: Beach chairs and boogie boards were very used. Bed in small room had no lightening. Would have liked to had a sitting area above the cliff to view the water during high tides. Sprinkler would collect water and drip on the bottom porch making it hard to sit outside and enjoy the ocean sounds. Email instructions and house instructions differed a bit on check-out.
