Negative: Limited supplies, toilet paper no tissues. Extra towels would be nice. Wanted an extra charge for early access when the unit was empty anyway!

Positive: The property was fabulous, excellent location, beautiful deck areas, and sitting areas, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Comfortable beds.

Negative: A little confusing with check in, partly my fault as earlier on I had called the property about check in was told to pick up keys at the real estate, but when I went there they said it was a code that was sent to my email. I had overlooked the email to register on line. All sorted eventually. We only had one tea towel and one dish cloth and soap between both apartments. However at the end of the stay I noticed a snap lock bag with tea towel and cloth in the wizbin which was odd. And we hardly had any toilet paper and ran out on the last night and not much sugar.

Summary: Fabulous place, I had the best time with my friends and would love to come back

Positive: I enjoyed the space, the kitchen, the location. The amount of beds was also perfect for our group.

Negative: The cleaning, the showers leaked so much water into the rest of the bathroom and the mop was available, however the rinser for the mop didn't work.

Summary: Best place for mates in shoal bay, even portstephens.
