Positive: Nice big house with great facilities.

Negative: Even though we booked through Booking.com we had to pay a $1000 security deposit directly to the accommodation managers which was taken from our credit car 10 days before arrival and credited back 7 days after departure. We also had to pick up the key at Nelson Bay.

Positive: Very spacious and very well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Gas bottles ran out during our stay and the help centre weren't able to help aside from telling us to drive out and get new ones ourselves. The outdoor sink was also leaking.

Positive: The accommodation was amazingly spacious with great interior decor and furniture. My friends and I had a wonderful weekend and it was a pleasure to stay indoors during the wet weather. Picking up keys and use of other facilities was a seamless experience.

Negative: Kitchen cleanliness was not up to par, and the limited number of bathrooms (relative to the number of bedrooms) was a bit tricky to manage.

Summary: Great holiday home, would definitely be back!
