Summary: I have 4 married kids with 9 grandkids a total of 18 of us staying at this delightful house. The pool table and sauna was clutch! The weather was amazing late May, making waliing Breck a blast. My son-in -law took his girls fly fishing and caught a fish, it was great fun amd walking distance. Lots of family fun and memories!

Summary: fit our group of about 20 with ease. The place looks great at first look but as you get comfortable there you see that things are out of place, not finished or doesn't work. Its a big house but no luxury stay to say the least. Hot tub worked great, beds were comfy.

Summary: The house is very large and can accommodate a very large group. We had 22 family members ranging in age from 2-75. There were enough bedrooms and beds to accommodate everyone. The dining area accommodated all of us so we were able to all eat together. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong table. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to cook for a large group as there was two full kitchens and another small kitchen. Overall beds were comfortable (some not as comfortable as others). The house is in a great location with a short walk to the shuttle stop. An easy walk for all except the two 70 grandparents. There was plenty of parking for five vehicles. Some furniture is a little outdated but still comfortable and accommodating. We had a great ski vacation with the family and would definitely stay there again. We loved the place.
