Positive: We loved the location, friendly staff and configuration of the room.

Negative: Our only issue was really temperature. It was hot. Fans were provided and we also brought our own travel fans, but it was still really hot for sleeping and the blankets provided were way too heavy for those temperatures. I suggest providing lighter weight blankets in the summer and adding more fans perhaps.

Summary: A great location with yummy cafes nearby. Just bring a fan with you in the summer.

Positive: Staff were all lovely, good location, decent value in an expensive city accommodation wise, room was well equipped and I appreciated the complimentary goodies (water, muffin, juice etc).

Negative: 3 rooms on the first floor are all very close together with paper thin walls but wasn't much of an issue during my stay. Had it been, free ear plugs were very thoughtfully provided so I'd have been ok!

Positive: Friendly staff, close to shops and amenities. Accommodation was clean, everything was in the room that may be needed, iron, hairdryer etc. I felt safe as there was a key code and a key for the door

Positive: Located in a great spot.. all shopping amenities are close by so your never out of reach of anything. The one thing that I love about Tom Dick & Harriet's is the private and secure car park. Just knowing my vehicle is safe is a weight off my mind.

Negative: Note on the window to call someone for check in. Whilst I didn’t mind this, my phone battery was very low and it would have been good to be made aware of this before travelling.
