Positive: The ocean view was adequate but not exactly what I expected. Should have done more research on my part. The kitchenette was great and provided us with what we needed. Our biggest complaint was the bed. That mattress was one of the worst we’ve ever slept on. It was also a Murphy Bed which may have been ok with a better mattress but it also stuck out so far into the room that it made it hard to get to other side of the studio room we had. The description of the room stated that it might be a Murphy bed but when I enquired, I was told all but a couple of studios had actual beds. Also so told if I wanted a bed I should consider a one bedroom unit which of course is more expensive.

Negative: See above comments and consider method of changing out mattresses on a routine basis and not when customer complains.
