Negative: The only thing we didn't like was when we asked to order a taxi for transfer on our checkout date, they ordered a private driver at an exorbitant rate.

Positive: Nice resort with very friendly staff. We hired a car as it is quite isolated. We loved the pool villa.

Negative: We noticed some small maintenance issues like the rain shower head that wasn’t working, dripping shower taps you couldn’t close properly and some light sewage smells in the bathroom which were solved with an mint oil burner. However when we flagged it the shower-head was immediately replaced. Prices for food and drinks and the spa are really inflated which was a shame. So we rather went into Lamai town to eat and go out.
