Summary: Loved how close this was to Disney! I walked 15 min to Disneyland (and walked 30 minutes to DisneySea) the bus is very convenient and runs to either Disneyland or DisneySea - to the monorail. (Note - you pay for the monorail to the park entrance- coming from Florida I was not used to paying for the monorail - so have yen) I loved my room! In my wing it was themed like a cruise ship - even to stepping over threshold in bathroom - and the tub - I felt like I was on a cruise! And I could see Disneyland hotel and the monorail from my window - I absolutely loved it. I had a fabulous time - and hope to return some day for another Disney visit. And will definitely select Tokyo Bay Maihama First Resort again. I was never able to get a coffee from the shop - or a meal in the restaurant - because I left before they opened and got back after they closed. Would have loved some kind of lobby service "after hours" (but everything in the area seemed to close by 9-9:30 pm)

Summary: The hotel is close to the Disney parks and offers a free shuttle service, which is very convenient. Breakfast always has the same options and there’s no hot milk or hot chocolate, but it’s fair overall. The laundry room is the weak point: it’s quite chaotic, with many guests ignoring the order of arrival and cutting in line without any concern. There’s no system to manage this, so it’s best to plan ahead to avoid needing it. During our stay, it rained, and we saw several guests using the dryers to dry their sneakers after the parks — I found this unhygienic and believe there should be some control over it. The staff are attentive and friendly. To receive two bottles of water per day, you must request a full room cleaning, as the light cleaning doesn’t include water. It’s a simple hotel, but it delivers what it promises. We would stay there again.

Summary: This hotel is a great choice when visiting the Disney parks. We had a fully themed room, which was an unexpected surprise. It was comfortable for the 2 of us & was more spacious than our place in Shinjuku. The only downside is the lack of food options nearby & in the hotel itself. The beds/pillows were comfortable & the room had all the basic amenities. I’d stay here again, however, I’d bring food with me next time.

Summary: Amazing family trip to Tokyo Disney, this hotel was perfect. the basic boat style room was big enough for our family of three, small fridge freezer, comfortable beds, all required amenities, PJs, toothbrush and paste, hairbrush, razor etc. Breakfast buffet was great value with good selection of western and traditional options, we were there for opening at 6.30 every morning which let us get the first shuttle bus to Disneyland park or to Bayside station for the monorail to Disney sea. We were able to get to both parks sufficiently early for a good position near the front of the queue.

Summary: Hotel is 15 minute walk to Tokyo Disney. With a family of 4 room was good size, they offer luggage service if you are planning to go to another hotel in Tokyo (which made traveling by train really easy). We would stay here again

Summary: The hotel had everything we needed. Free shuttles to Disneyland Resort and Disney Sea. We were able to take a bus from the airport to the hotel (3,900¥ for two adults and two kids) and the same bus back to the airport. This was the easiest vacation we have taken in Japan.

Summary: I was not aware of the ship/cruise theme. We requested a triple room, we literally got a room with 3 smalls beds. It was like a stateroom at a cruise. Even the bathroom, you had to take a step up to get in it, just like a cruise. Everything was Tokyo small and extremely uncomfortable. But this is coming from a western perspective.
