Positive: The location is excellent and the house is comfortable.
Negative: Check-in was stressful because the instructions were unclear. A photo of the front of the house was not included and the photo of the door lock did not match the current door lock. The door code information was also missing the information, as you need to enter a 4 digit number then press another button. With two young children we wandered around three properties trying to decide which was the correct door. A worker at the next door restaurant confirmed the door, thankfully. Entering the code is tedious because you must listen for the beep of each number, so if any car passes you can't hear whether or not the button beeped when pressed. My friends took the kids to a restaurant while I was left with all our luggage trying to figure out how to open the door. Eventually I entered the code, plus the additional button and heard the door unlock, but the door wouldn't open. I made several attempts before the door opened. The lock was stuck. When I reported all of this to the owners, instead of apologizing they insulted us by responding that most people figure out the lock. The solution is to share THOROUGH instructions for finding the door and opening the lock. The tv also didn't work and we had to reset the router to connect to the wifi. We basically hated the property because of the terrible check-in experience which was easily avoided if the owners provided sufficient instructions and every time we unlocked the door we had to listen for each number to beep before entering the next number. The beep is subtle and this was stressful.

Positive: Large apartment. Very clean. Great location for supermarket, multiple combini and even a laundromat the next block which we used to dry our washing in the dryer as the apartment only has washing machine. 11 min bus ride to Disneyland Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. But would have appreciated some condiments and cooking oil. We left salt and olive oil when we checked out so I hope it assists the next guests if the cleaning staff did not throw out.
