Negative: The floor needed to be cleaned, the apartment is in a very noisy location so make sure to bring earplugs for the night! we had to wait for the cleaning staff to come and change the sheets and bring towels since it wasn't ready when we checked in.

Positive: It was located in the center of the city, very reachable to every attraction of the city. Spazious, clean and it has a well organised structure as an appartment

Negative: Be careful about asking the exactly location of the apartment, as it is located in an old building. A little bit noisy during the midnight cause by the nearby bars and restaurants.

Positive: The location is very good. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Negative: I had no official receipt for the Tourist tax. So if you need to claim it back for work expense, you can't. The daily tourist tax is quite expensive in Florence and about 4~5 euro per person per day. Two people for 3 nights...... make the maths and you find 30euros I can't claim back. I was told it was in the Booking.com receipt, but it was not. So keep that in mind.

Summary: good stay, large flat, easy access, comms with person who manages the key was easy.
