Summary: Great location with easy walking distance to train station, markets, restaurants and historical sites. Very nice accommodations perfect for two adults. Kitchen was great to have for preparation of breakfast and snacks

Summary: Great location. Only thing was the missing AC on the main bedroom so you jave to leave the door open so that yp7 can get living room AC cooled air into the room.

Summary: We stayed in this apartment during our three days in Florence and it was the ideal location. It's in a central location, just a short walk from the Duomo. The apartment itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The best feature was the air conditioning as it was very hot during the time we were there. We'll be back to Florence and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: "Basically everything was at our front door step. Specialty shops, supermarkets, train station and main attractions are within walking distance of the appartment. The condition and style of the apartment was very clean and does make you feel you're in Italy. Highly recommended."

Summary: "Property was fresh, clean and very warm upon arrival. Excellent central heating. A structural problem with external dampness did mean quite a lot of paint flaked from the bathroom ceiling but this is clearly a difficult issue for the landlord to resolve and it was not a serious problem. The apartment is very quiet, being located in a courtyard, but there is an adjoining Irish Pub that has live music until the early hours of the morning. The walls are thick and the music was not too intrusive. We were able to sleep comfortably - no traffic noise which is exceptional in Florence! The apartment is small. It would be ideal for a couple but was perfectly adequate for our family of 3. The kitchen could have a few more utensils, for example no corkscrew or bottle opener and no sharp knives for food preparation (except a bread knife). Overall an exceptionally well located apartment, 2 minutes to Duomo and maybe 10 minutes to Uffizi and Academia. The apartment is small, simple and warm and met our needs for a week's winter break in Florence at a fair rent. Note, however, the 20 euro cleaning charge."
