Positive: They have front desk at the coffee mart. The receptionist asked us gently to wait for a while and asked us to choose the drink for free of charge. I got a nice a coffee over there (ice late). After they registered the name then they brought us to the room. The room has a big bed. All appliance has been fully furnished it. The kitchen has spoons, knife, stove, microwave, oven..., you can cook yourself if you have time because they have enough appliances. Toiletries have enough item and clean. They also have hot and cold water in the bathroom. Wifi is perfect, we can work and watch YouTube. Each floor has different password. Staff are friendly and helpful when we need assistance, they will complete it. Overall, this apartment is recommended to stay because they have enough appliances. It's clean and large size of room. If you come to work or having a holiday are the perfect place to stay this apartment.

Summary: I love big bed there. In and outside of the room are clean. I will stay this apartment again.

Positive: The rooms are a good size. The bed was quite hard so I let the host know and the next night I had a second mattress brought to the room. A more comfortable one. What more could you ask for? It had an air fryer, brand new and unused. Still unused after a month of us living there lol.

Positive: Clean and spacious apartment with 2 rooms, a big fridge,a kettle, a big bed. It's not so hot in the apartment. The personal is very friendly, they try to help with any problem if any. The location is good, there are many cafes, banks nearby. Besides there's an exchange office "Ly hour exchange" within 10 minutes walk.

Positive: Amazing! My father and I came here as it was cheap, but what we got completely blew out the pricing. 1. Clean. It was incredibly clean. Not a single bug, which is so common and standard in low-price stays like this. 2. Air conditioning that was super cold. It worked fantastically - our units air conditioning had some electrical issues and the owner gave us another room free of charge, letting us keep our luggage and key to the previous room as well. 3. The owner! The owner is super helpful, he gave us a stove to cook with when we asked alongside utensils and 6 free water bottles as well. 4. Working drain system, working toilets, working bidets, working showers, all in pristine condition. 5. There’s a balcony & a couple of windows so you get sunlight if you like, but you can draw your curtains. The rooms look exactly as they are in the pictures.

Negative: The only bad thing for me is the location. It’ll take you $2 on a tuktuk to get anywhere in the inner city, and walking from the city to the location can take an hour. It’s still totally worth it, for the low price it is at compared to other places. Something that might irk some of our older or less abled travelers here, there are three floors. This was not an issue for both my father and I, and we happily walked up to the third floor with our 7kg backpacks as the stairs are easy to climb. If you can’t climb up with luggage, asking someone to help you should be easy as everyone here seemed to be happy and helpful!

Summary: The best stay I’ve had in all of Cambodia, from Siem Reap to Kampot.
