Summary: Fantastic and spacious room for our 3 night stay with great helpful staff from the reception desk to concierge to the dining areas to the daily room cleaners. Very nice food and selection for breakfast and tasty bar meal experience as well.

Summary: Fantastic hotel wonderful staff very disappointing that for the price of the stay the spa for just swimming isn’t included it was an additional £20 per person for 2 hours and then we where charged £20 for parking I also requested flower and chocolates in the room as we had just got married and they wasn’t there All in all we enjoyed our 2 night stay but there is a lot of hidden extras

Summary: The Titanic is a beautiful hotel, and gives the impression of providing an opulent and luxury experience, the price certainly reflects this. However during our stay we felt let down by a few little things. The breakfast was disappointing, we hadn’t decided we wanted to eat there until our first morning and it cost nearly £20 per head, more than I thought from previously checking the website, and the cost wasn’t explained my card just swiped. It was a fairly good selection but the quality wasn’t what I’d expect of this hotel, little things like better quality bread, juice and coffee would make all the difference. The experience of breakfast stopped us having any other meals there. We had a cocktail before going out one night but the table we were sat at hadn’t been cleaned (it wasn’t busy), maybe I’m being pedantic but if you’re paying for luxury I’d say everything should be top notch! Our room was lovely although the lack of selection of different teas was disappointing as most hotels provide fruit and herbal options. There was an online ordering service for extras such as toilet roll, etc but when I requested sanitary products no one brought anything. Be mindful of extra costs, parking is a decent price at £10 for 24 hours but access to the spa facilities is £20 per person for 2 hours and must be booked. We enjoyed our stay, but felt we were paying more for the environment and beautiful as it is we wanted to feel the full impact benefits of a great customer experience.

Summary: The hotel was absolutely amazing definitely will be going back went there for me and my partner birthday weekend absolutely recommended couples to go for a break, service is outstanding very polite staff breakfast was very tasteful brought a pack on site which was prosecco and chocolates with petals absolutely made up food was delicious and drinks was perfect

Summary: The hotel was really amazing, had the wow factor and was very clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful. However, the £20 charge per 2 hours in the spa was disappointing. The idea of coming to a spa hotel, to me, means you have full access to facilities included. Same with the car parking charge.
