Summary: The service at this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived until we left. The speed of an extra blanket being delivered was the fastest room service Ive ever experienced. The breakfast buffet selection was huge with a mix of western and traditional greek breakfast foods. An excellent standard and food selection. With the rooftop view over breakfast and afternoon snacks of the acropolis making the hotel even better! We will definitely stay here again and the kindness and professionalism of all hotel staff members were one of the main highlights of our stay in Athens.

Summary: It is classic hotel with large rooms, wooden floors, a lot of stuff that keeps the hotel clean and repairs when necessary, great breakfast. Great menagers, especially George, who gave us better room. We also stayed the next day and payed acceptable price for longer check out. Now the guests are usually much younger and they often do not care of appropriate behaviour. And not much can be done about it.

Summary: We had a superior room and the twin bed were old (even though room was refurbished)….it dies not match decor Also bath should have a wider screen IR be a shower only Staff/Service at breakfast was poor compared to previous stays (6 times previously). All other services were excellent

Summary: Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming for our group of 11. The highlight for the group was breakfast. Everything's was fresh, topoed up regularly, delicious and came with a fantastic view.

Summary: Excellent service by the staff and hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, accompanied by an excellent rooftop view. Room was good in general but we had some leakage in our bathroom due to drains both inside and outside the shower. But overall, it was a great experience. Really convenient and safe option of a hotel within walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport and attractions. Definitely coming back again.

Summary: We stayed here a night meanwhile we waited for our flight the next day. Hotel staff at concierge was helpful arranging transportation! It was an easy check in and check out! Breakfast was included. The restaurant on the 11th floor has a great view for the acropolis at night! Would recommend.
