It is a brand new apartment (120 square meters) with amazing view. It is located in a central road of Athens, 48 Vasilisis Amalias ave, which can be reached by metro (Acropolis Station), Bus, Tram or Taxi. It is 3 minutes walking distance from the museum of Acropolis (and metro station Acropolis), 5 minutes walking distance from Acropolis and Parthenon, 5 minutes walking distance from Syntagma square where the Parliament and the National Garden are and 3
minutes walking distance from Zappion and the Panathenaic Stadium (where the authentic Marathon ends).
It is fully renovated. It has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed each and big closets, 1 bathroom (with shower, 2 sinks and a toilet), 1 WC (with sink and toilet),hair dryer, laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, a dining room with great view, where you can have lunch ,dinner,or drink your coffee enjoying the view and a spacious living room with great view with a TV 50 inch and 2 balconies. There is free internet connection (Wifi), air conditioning , heating, hot water (24 hours ) and a security door. In the building there is an elevator, which takes you to the 3rd and last floor where the apartment is. It is fully furnished, with two double king size beds (1.80m. width, 2.00 m. length), two comfortable couches in the living room and one big dining table for six persons, which can also be used as a desk. All spaces have big windows from which the sunlight comes in and illuminates the apartment. It is a luxurious, minimal,cozy and spacious apartment with all necessary comforts to enjoy a relaxed and delightful stay.The apartment is located in Plaka, which is the oldest historical neighborhood of Athens, around the northern and eastern slopes of the Acropolis, with labyrinthine streets and neoclassical architecture. Plaka is built on top of the residential areas of the ancient town of Athens. It is known as the "Neighborhood of the Gods" due to its proximity to the Acropolis and its many archaeological sites. It has also many restaurants and taverns,where you can taste the traditional greek food, as well as bars, cafes and shops. Very close to Plaka there is a picturesque area called Anafiotika. On the other side, 5 minutes walking distance there is another Athenian neighborhood called Monastiraki where you can find also taverns ,restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros. Furthermore, near the apartment there is a mini market, one grocery store, a pharmacy, pastry shops and bakery as well as restaurants and shops. Summary: The host is very helpful with making arrangements for airport transfers and we also had her help us arrange a guide for the Acropolis and its amazing museum. Summary: Location, views, amenities, communication! We enjoyed a lovely stay at this property. The apartment is located in the heart of Athens and is walking distance to major cultural experiences and restaurants. You will be right in the Plaka which has wonderful energy to walk around, shop, and dine. The views are phenomenal on both sides of the apartment. The apartment is spacious, spotless, modern, and well appointed with all of the necessary kitchen supplies, all designed to facilitate an enjoyable stay. And I cannot say enough positive things about the gracious host. She is communicative, both proactive and responsive. She will help you make arrangements in Athens with trusted resources and will check in to ensure you have everything you need. Truly a wonderful stay and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Athens.

Summary: An absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic location. Walking distance to all major city centre sites and attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. Impeccably clean. Very comfortable apartment. The views from the apartment were incredible. Host goes above and beyond anything I've experienced with a vacation rental to ensure a great vacation. The only reason I am not giving a 5/5 overall rating is because there are some relatively minor maintenence items that could be addressed, but those items did not detract from having a wonderful time.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in Athens! The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown with everything within easy walking distance—restaurants, shops, cafes, and all the sights. The views of the Acropolis from the apartment were outstanding, truly amazing, and we never got tired of sitting with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening while looking out at it. The vibe of the area was fabulous, full of energy but still felt safe and welcoming. It made exploring Athens so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you want to experience the best of the city!

Summary: Perfectly situated for everything Athens has to offer. Stylish interiors and comfy beds. Tina was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. Ada the personal guide was recommended by Tina to see the acropolis and she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend using her services and also the taxi drivers Tina arranged were very friendly and helpful too.
