Positive: This is our third review over a couple of years and as always; Warm welcome by friendly hosts, very accommodating and helpful, also with pub reservations and directions. The room ensuite was absolutely lovely and elegantly styled, with all the amenities we could need. Cooked breakfast sumptuous and yummy fresh fruit to start with. Highly recommended !

Positive: The breakfast was perfectly cooked, delicious! The ensuite rooms were really comfortable and clean. The hosts were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. You have access to a beautiful sitting room to relax and read.

Positive: Amanda and David were the consummate hosts. They helped me arrange my booking on the ferry to the Isle of Wight. And they even gave me a ride to a wonderful restaurant about 20 mins away and then picked me up.

Negative: A bit hard to find.

Positive: Had a 4 night stay here and really couldn't fault it. David, the host, was a lovely guy, very welcoming and brilliant as a host as well, nothing was too much trouble for him at all. Was happy to serve breakfast (a great full English!) at any time including early starts when we wanted, gave us some good advice on local routes to avoid traffic and was always friendly, happy and was nice to talk to at the end of our day. The accommodation itself was excellent - the room was really nice and everything was spot on. A lovely bathroom with a great power shower with instant hot water and all very clean. Also had a lovely garden that you were welcome to sit in of an evening if you so wished, a nice spot to sit and chill after a long day. Located in an absolutely beautiful part of the country, in a nice quiet lane and with a great pub that's well worth a visit only a very short walk away. Will not hesitate to visit again at some point in the future.
